1. You submitted an application & were hired

All applicants must have completed an application on HigherMe upon being hired on to the team. As soon as the employee accepts the job, a member from the leadership team will reach out with important dates.

3. Correspondence

A member from the leadership team will reach out approximately 1-2 weeks before Admin day via text message and email, with a ‘Sign Up Genius’ link to schedule your administration day.

4. Admin Day

Make sure to complete all paperwork on HigherMe and bring your ID’s to satisfy the i9 form. We will make sure that your paperwork is complete, your uniforms are ordered, and you sign up for training dates.

5. Orientation & Training

You will begin your first days as a Chick-fil-A Team Member by learning all the ins and outs. Make sure to wear your uniform and non-slip shoes during this time. You will get hands-on experience before we Grand Open!

6. Grand Opening

Get lots of sleep, eat well, and bring your smile because its Grand Opening Day! You will greet guests for the first time at Chick-fil-A Copley Square.
